What is your return policy?
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted on a no-questions-asked basis, with a full refund issued as soon as the product is returned in it's original condition. Candles that have been burned cannot be returned for a refund, as the candle cannot be resold after use.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently we do not offer gift cards. Please check back with us often, as this may change in the future!
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bluebonnet candle company accepts all major credit and debit cards (via Square), Venmo and Cash. If you have additional questions about our payment options, please email us at bluebonnetcandle@gmail.com
What fees will I be charged and why?
In order to provide our customers with the choice to use major credit and debit cards and to make purchases easy and hassle-free, we utilize Square to complete our transactions. If you are paying in person with a credit or debit card (card is being swiped) a 2.75% fee applies. If you are ordering with card online via square, a 3% invoice fee applies. This allows us to use our Square technology to accept these forms of payment. We recommend utilizing one of our other available payment methods in order to avoid these extra fees.
I want to pay with my credit/debit card but want to avoid the processing/invoice fees associated with Square. How do I do this?
Avoiding fees is very easy, and we recommend it! We currently only accept one alternative method of payment that allow you to use your credit/debit card without any fees: Venmo
